What should I wear?

You should plan to wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothes.

Ideally, you should dress in or bring shorts and a short sleeve shirt. Think of it this way, if there is a region of the body that is bothering you, then the doctor will likely need access to it in order to assess what is going on.

What can I expect?

Expect to be treated like family.

You will have a one on one consultation with our Doctor about your health history and what brought you into the office. Based on that history, you will have a thorough physical and neurological (if needed) examination performed on you followed by full spine X-Rays and soft tissue therapy before you leave.

It is not our policy to be adjusted on the first visit but it is possible if desired.

On average, new patient appointments take 45 minutes.

Due to the detailed methods by which we gather information throughout the examination process, 45 minutes is what you can expect to spend in our office. This information is critical to creating a care plan tailored to your specific needs.

If you are to receive an adjustment then simply add another 10 minutes to your scheduled visit.
